BRAINS! The time has finally (almost) come! RVG:TZM’s ferocious debut and sophomore albums, True Zombie Metal and Former Human Sergeant will be re-released on September 1st, 2011!
This date will also mark the first zombie invasion of iTunes, AmazonMP3, Spotify, and all the other unsuspecting online music vendors.
True Zombie Metal, RVG:TZM’s genre-defining masterpiece, has been completely remastered and repackaged, featuring a full new set of artwork. The remaster was painstakingly undertaken under the veil of night in an undisclosed location, likely near some sort of mausoleum. This new version of the classics is sure to melt your face into a goo, allowing easy access to your delicious brains!
Former Human Sergeant has also been given a facelift (so to speak) with a new set of artwork. This album, featuring the epic tribute to the classic zombie-related video game DOOM, now includes the rare bonus track, “Arch Vile”. This re-release is sure to melt the hands that are now holding the bowl containing your melted face.

April 26th, 2011University of Maryland College Park’s student radio station, WMUC, 88.1 FM, is in trouble. The are barely afloat financially at this point. Those at WMUC have been extremely good to RVG:TZM and the zombie horde for years.
To help them out, RVG:TZM is now offering Send More Brains: Live WMUC Tracks for download on zombiemetal.com. These live tracks are from our appearances at WMUC on November 12, 2006, and three years later to the day on November 12, 2009! The latter set includes “Battle Hymn”, sung by Greg Jones, played in honor of then-station manager Scott Maxwell!
